Shaolin Dit Da Jow

Muscle Soreness and Bruise Healing Dit Da Jow

Based on the original formula published in "Secret Shaolin formulas for the Treatment of External Injury" this recipe was traditionally used to treat bruises and muscle pain.

With 15 herbs extracted in alcohol, this Dit Da Jow (liniment) is the original ancient liniment - still used today by the Shaolin monks to heal injuries from falls, strikes and sprains as well as the pain and bruising associated with combat.

The prepared Dit Da Jow is a sticky, strongly aromatic liniment which is rubbed onto the affected area 3-4 times per day.

Besides treating injuries, Shaolin Dit Da Jow may help treat pain in the joints and tendons and with treating the symptoms of arthritis, tendonitis and other painful inflammation conditions.

Who can use this Dit Da Jow?

This Dit Da Jow (Liniment) can be used by athletes, sports people, martial artists and combatants of all descriptions who suffer from strains, aches, pain, inflammation, tendonitis and joint pain.

Besides injuries, Shaolin Dit Da Jow may help treat pain in the joints and tendons and with treating the symptoms of arthritis, tendonitis and other painful inflammation conditions.

How is it applied?
Use the Jow (liniment) by pouring a small amount (a capful) into your palm and rubbing it into the area you want to heal. Gently apply and rub the liniment into the skin, promoting the absorption of the active components of the liniment and promoting blood flow.

Apply one cap full 3-4 times daily. If you are treating bruises, they may well be gone within 3-4 days with no residual yellowness.

By applying on sore or injured areas prior to training can help reduce pain or discomfort when striking, being struck or other types of contact to sensitive areas. If the injured area is still swelling, apply ICE without delay and cool the injured area. When the swelling has settled, apply the Dit Da Jow to the area.
